This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Closer™ (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our website and coaching simulator (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Account information — when you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes your name, email address, and login credentials. Training data — the practice conversations, scores, reports, and preferences you generate in the Service. Usage data — activity such as sessions run, exports, and feature use. Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Technical data — IP address, device/browser details, and security telemetry used to protect the Service.
2. How we use information
To provide, personalize, and improve the Service; to power AI coaching and adaptive difficulty; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to secure the Service and detect abuse; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We share limited data with providers who operate the Service on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI coaching), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes data under its own terms and security controls.
4. AI processing
When AI coaching is enabled, the text of your practice responses may be sent to our AI provider to generate feedback and prospect replies. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is necessary to return your result.
5. Data retention
We retain account and training data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, rate limiting, and continuous abuse monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously harden our defenses.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
