Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Real Estate Closer™ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
3. Gift cards & access codes
Access codes and gift cards grant the benefits stated at issuance (such as a plan tier or a number of sessions or days). They carry no cash value, are non-transferable unless stated, and may be voided if obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access non-public areas; probing, scanning, or overloading our systems; scraping or reverse-engineering; injecting malicious content; or using the Service to violate any law or third-party right. We employ automated protections and may suspend accounts that trigger them.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate coaching feedback, prospect dialogue, and reports. This content is for practice and training only. It may be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use it in real transactions.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal professional purposes. You retain rights to the practice content you create.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
9. Changes & contact
